Am I entitled to any financial help towards my childcare costs?
Childcare costs can be burdensome and so any help which is available towards these costs is welcomed. Parents that are claiming certain government benefits can be given financial assistance towards their childcare costs. This financial assistance can range from anything between 75-85% of the overall cost. However, some parents are not able to understand whether they are able to benefit from this assistance and /or how to go about getting this help.
At A2Z Learning Centre we have staff who have a detailed understanding of how the government benefits work and are able to support parents in understanding the options available to them, as well as helping them make the changes needed to benefit from the assistance. Our staff can even accompany the parents to the local benefits agency offices and ensure that they are getting all the help they need.

Do you provide transportation from school to the club?
A2Z Learning Centre has implemented a school mini-bus pick up service. This allows children to be collected from their schools and taken to our club in a safe and efficient manner, ready to be collected by their parents/carers at the end of the session. Not only does this ease the pressures on parents in getting their children to the club, it also helps their employers by not having to release staff from work for drop-offs.

Will my child be provided with a meal at the centre?
A2Z Learning Centre has introduced a new service where we will provide children with a nutritious and healthy hot meal in the evenings before the parent comes to collect their child. This will mean that the parent does not have to worry about cooking for their child after they have been collected from the club. The meals will be sourced from a local (5-star rated) food outlet that will specifically produce nutritious meals for the children at our club. A full menu will be provided to the parents beforehand so they can pick and choose which meals their children should have on the different days the week.
Furthermore, we are looking to introduce a new service where parents can actually dine with their children at the club, if choose to do so. Parents will be able to come to the club, have a meal with their child, and then take the child home. Note: This service would need to be pre-booked.
Are you able to provide help with my child’s homework?
A2Z Learning Centre has implemented a Homework Support Club facility with trained staff who understand the national curriculum and the subject matter involved. Our staff would be able to support children with their homework and spend time with them in helping them understand the subject matter in detail so that the child can build on this knowledge when they are back at school.
